(December 17, 2024) – The Heart of Racing Team is proud to announce the continuation of its partnership with SPS Automotive Performance for the 2025 season. This marks the third consecutive year of collaboration, as the two teams prepare to compete in prominent international endurance events, including the 24H of Dubai and the Bathurst 12 Hour.
Since the partnership began, the Heart of Racing Team and SPS Automotive Performance have achieved significant milestones, including victories in the 24H SERIES at Spa-Francorchamps and Mugello in 2023, as well as a second-place finish at the Bathurst 12 Hour in 2024. These achievements have not only highlighted the teams’ on-track success but also amplified global awareness of The Heart of Racing’s mission to support Seattle Children’s.
“We’re excited to continue our relationship with SPS Automotive Performance following such a successful collaboration over the past few seasons,” said Ian James, Team Principal of the Heart of Racing Team. “Joining forces has enabled us to accelerate our learning curve of the Mercedes AMG GT3, which is a specialty for SPS. We have developed a great relationship between the two teams and now act as one when we compete in these big races together.”
The 2025 season kicks off with the 24H of Dubai, scheduled for January 10–12. This year’s lineup features seasoned Dubai veterans Ian James and Gray Newell, who will be joined by first-timers Zacharie Robichon and Hannah Grisham. Over the past three years, the Heart of Racing Team has achieved remarkable results at the Dubai Autodrome, including second, third, and fifth-place finishes.
With sights set on another successful season, the Heart of Racing Team and SPS Automotive Performance are eager to continue building on their shared legacy of excellence on and off the track.
